SOLVATiO® gives 1,650 service agents a clearly structured measurement cockpit with a traffic light function, enabling them to efficiently localize, identify and resolve line problems while speaking with the customer. This system is fully integrated into the workflow and linked to different test systems for POTS, ISDN and ADSL, which SOLVATiO® automatically targets. This makes a high degree of diagnostic process automation possible, resulting in a marked rise in customer service quality and significant cost reductions.
