During the diagnostic process the user is asked the right questions. This can take place via Webclient or on an IVR basis. The solution is then given as a clear recommendation based on the Process and FAQ database and on the measurement results from the connected systems. What is essential here are simple, easy-to-understand results!
Cockpit for experienced service agents
Our cockpit could be called the nerve centre. The cockpit view provides B2C service agents and field force with all the measurement data of relevance to a customer's problem. From the cockpit, further measuring procedures can be initiated or repeated manually. Here too, the basis is the Process and FAQ database.
