For each diagnostic session, all the diagnostic processes applied as well as measuring results are beeing stored in a history file. This serves as the basis for a systematic evaluation of your service procedures, enabling you to continuously improve your workflows and reliably identify weaknesses in the service process.
Simple and clear set out analysis of results
SOLVATiO® comes with its own analysis component, with which you can systematically evaluate diagnostic sessions. In this way you can identify problems which arise frequently, or the solutions most often deduced. Moreover, you will receive a summary of the measurements made, the measured data that are reported back, etc. These can be used to conduct an analysis of weaknesses.
The SOLVATiO® Journal is a valuable, statistically founded source of information for enhancing the knowledge base and identifying sources of error in the service process.
